Q1. How does shipping and delivery work?
Orders usually ship within 72 hours. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email
with tracking details to monitor your order until it reaches you.
If you order multiple items in one purchase, items may ship from different locations
depending on stock availability to ensure you receive everything as quickly as possible.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:
Express shipping: 1 to 3 business days.
Standard shipping: 2 to 8 business days (free for orders over $50).
Q2. Can I change my shipping address?
Absolutely! If your order has not shipped, email us at contact@tanaholix.com with the
updated address details as soon as possible, and we’ll make the change for you.
If your order has already shipped, you can redirect it using the tracking link in your
shipping confirmation email.
Please note: We cannot redirect or retrieve orders already delivered to an incorrect
address, so double-check your address at checkout!
Q3. Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered!
Although our couriers aim to deliver within 2–8 business days for standard shipping,
delays can sometimes occur. If your tracking number shows a delay and your order isn’t
delivered within 20 days, contact us at contact@tanaholix.com, and we’ll launch an
investigation with the courier.
Please note: Investigation timelines depend on the courier, but we’ll work to resolve your
issue promptly.
Q4. What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered/received, but
some items may be ineligible for return. Products excluded under our return policy will be noted on the product pages or during checkout.
To qualify for a return:
1. The return must be initiated and shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
2. The item(s) must not have been marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” unless
faulty.
3. The item(s) must be in original packaging and ‘as new’ condition (includes swing
tags, specialty packaging, etc.).
4. A photo of the item(s) must be provided prior to return for assessment.
Please note: If returning part of a bundle purchase, the pricing will default to the current
sale price for items kept, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
